Henry Herz authored 11 traditionally-published children’s books: Monster Goose Nursery Rhymes, When You Give an Imp a Penny, Mabel & The Queen of Dreams, Little Red Cuttlefish, Cap’n Rex & His Clever Crew, How the Squid Got Two Long Arms, Alice’s Magic Garden, Good Egg and Bad Apple, 2 Pirates + 1 Robot, The Magic Spatula, and I Am Smoke. Three of his short stories will appear in Highlights for Children. Henry is a SCBWI member.
Michele McAvoy is an award-winning children’s book author from New Jersey. Her first picture book My Superhero Grandpa received a 2016 Children’s Moonbeam Book Award. Her latest picture book Cookie & Milk was chosen as an IPG Top Shelf Title, going into a second printing before its release! Michele is also the host of a popular kidlit podcast My Messy Muse where, through interviews with industry professionals and kidlit champions, she inspires others to create through the messiness of life. Michele began writing as an outlet after the tragic loss of her father and found color again, in writing for children. Michele hopes to bring color to others, kids and adults alike, through her books and her podcast.
Hannah Carmona is a Writer, Actress, and Director who currently resides in Tennessee. She is the author of the picture books Dazzling Travis and Beautiful, Wonderful, Strong Little Me. She is also the playwright of Hansel and Gretel: Candy Warriors. In addition to writing, Hannah is the mother of two girls, co-founder of Collective Art School of Tennessee, YouTuber, and Actor. Currently, she is a company actor with American Immersion Theatre. In her free time Hannah enjoys binge-watching shows on Netflix and avoiding housework.
