Born in Poland and raised in the United States, Anna Staniszewski grew up loving stories in both Polish and English. She was a Writer-in-Residence at the Boston Public Library and a winner of the Susan P. Bloom Discovery Award, and she currently teaches in the MFA Writing for Children program at Simmons University. She is the author of over twenty books for young readers, including Dogosaurus Rex, illustrated by Kevin Hawkes; the Once Upon a Fairy Tale chapter book series, illustrated by Macky Pamintuan; and The Wonder of Wildflowers.

Jaida Jones and Danielle Bennett are married co-authors (without wanting to divorce yet) who live in Brooklyn with 8 cats. Jaida is a native New Yorker who, as Hannah Jones, has also published a poetry collection. Together with Dani, their published work includes four novels from the Volstovic Cycle and Master of One (HarperTeen, November 10, 2020) in addition to their many twitter rants on intersectional feminism and the NYC subway system.

Sara Holland grew up in small-town Minnesota among hundreds of books. She worked in a tea shop, a dentist’s office, and a state capitol building before heading to New York to work in publishing. These days, she can be found exploring the city’s bookstores or finding new ways to put caffeine in her bloodstream.
