I was born in Miami, FL and lived in Spain, France, and Italy before moving to New York. I studied Creative Writing at Florida State University and received my MFA in Creative Writing from the City College of New York where I served as the Graduate editor of the literary journal and won the David Dotort prize in non-fiction.

I joined the Bent Agency in April of 2019 and I’m currently looking for both literary and commercial adult fiction. I am also open to compelling non-fiction and YA/MG. My favorite books have distinct and memorable voices that grab the reader’s attention, and a narrative gravity that permeates every action in the story. In my opinion, when it comes to writing, nothing is as difficult or powerful as writing laugh out loud (while reading on the subway with everyone looking/recoiling from you) prose.
