Linda Williams Jackson
Linda Williams Jackson was born and raised in a tiny town along the Mississippi River in what is commonly known as the Delta. As a child, she didn’t much care to play outside, so she lurked among the grown-ups and soaked up their stories. As she got older, she remembered these stories and cherished them enough to want to preserve them in a book.
As a result, her debut middle grade novel, Midnight Without a Moon, is a combination of Mississippi Delta history and colorful family memories. She continues sharing those stories in the sequel, A Sky Full of Stars.
Linda currently makes her home in Southaven, Mississippi. She shares this home with her husband Jeff and their children Olivia, Chloe and Benjamin.
