Many thanks for this!

A book of mine was published by an Australian imprint of a major European publisher…but then the publisher closed the imprint.

One overseas publisher chose a distributor that stores in my country would not deal with (the distributor went out of business). It was hard for me to promote.

…I hope publishers offered new works understand that not all restricted sales figures are due to quality issues with the book or lack of marketing assistance from the author. In some countries with low population, a print run may only be 3,000 copies, and the major publisher is delighted if they all sell.
